How you can enter functions is up to how you best can do it out of these five different ways.
1. The keyboard or mouse.
2. The insert funtion box in the formula bar.
3. The sum menu.
4. The AutoSum command on the Formulas tab on the Ribbon.
5. The Name box area in the formula bar.
